"el problema es que realice el pago de la reservacion atravez de una cargo a una tarjeta Nu master card, y llegando al hotel me hicieron el cargo a otro tarjeta osea que pague la reservacion 2 veces por lo cual solicito la devolucion de uno de los cargos "

The room was rather dirty, you could tell the floor had not been cleaned, there was even cockroach pieces on the floor. The bedding was clean, so were the towels. The bed was comfortable."
