Pros: convenient location, comfortable room and bed.
Cons: old facilities with different kinds of defects, lack of maintenance. Breakfast is disappointing to say the least, much worse compared to the other Quality Inn I have stayed before.
Quality inn never disappoints with their low prices, and welcoming staff would definitely come back. It’s convenient to go grab a bite at a local restaurant or even order room service and stay in.
Location is pretty good. The only thing I did not like was to shower with on/off hot water

It was very dissatisfying..upon my arrival, as I was needing to use the men’s restroom after a 5 hour drive, found there was No paper towels to dry my hands after washing..! The front desk service clerk responded by letting me know that their shipment hand not come in, so they are out of hand wipes…in addition, the clerk advised me that there was NO hot water as well & there was NO fix in site, since the hot water had been out since the night before…I asked if the hot water was not up & running by my 3:00 p.m. checkin time, could I be Refunded so I could book a room elsewhere, but I was advised that I would have to go thru the company (Expedia) for my refund…! It was a very displeasing experience..
I typically stay at this hotel due to its convenient location..! I will No longer be booking my stay at this hotel..!
One of the worst places I've stayed.
No phone in the room -- and no coffee maker.
No privacy -- the curtains were see-through.
No washcloths or hand towels -- bath towels only.
Toilet seat was loose -- toilet paper was abysmal.
One bright spot: the staff was great.

My sink was clogged, so they switched me rooms. The elevator looks like it’s going to fall apart. Some of the doors look like they were once kicked it. The continental breakfast wasn’t bad, but there were no eggs or waffles. Just sausage biscuits and gravy. I paid for a room, I would have expected a little more for $80 a night, but maintenance was fast and the staff was helpfull

The hotel needs attention
Needs attention. The staff at front desk was friendly and attentive. But overall the hotel needs more caring for. The maintenance person was a bit forward and a little rude. The room lack the remote control and the one given lack the battery plastic (I have a two year old, exposed batteries are a no go). The beds had the metal railings exposed and hit my shin a few times. It was a so so stay.
Room was clean. tv control not working and ran out of breakfast. kitchen area very dirty. Complained to clerk but didn't really cared. My suggestion would be to remove this hotel from your offers.
Too much water leaks on all building, putting on risk persons walking and smells terrible, the elevator need to be replaced or need refurbish. the room doesnt have light on the roof, only the wires exposed
Has good location, and the price is right
I arrived and was giving a room under construction and the clerk wasn't aware of it. Went back and was giving a different room with a broken door lock. Went back to the clerk and was giving another room with broken heater. I called for service and never showed up. The next morning the manager gave us a king size bed room. Very grateful, but I didn't ask for room service when I came back from running errands someone came into my room and fixed up my room. I was VERY disappointed. I felt like my privacy was invaded without permission and I did not give permission I did report it to the clerk in the morning and I let him know that it was very uncomfortable for them to come into my room without me notifying for room service or anything else. The doors kept locking up and we had to go back into the office and get our key reactivated again and again and again very uncomfortable very unprofessional. It was VERY dirty and unhealthy and unsafe. I have pictures but it won't let me download them
I travel a lot for work so when I come into town, I stay for about a week to two weeks at your location, depending on what my job requires, but my second day staying there this time, the lady at the front desk wad very rude and very unprofessional. The second I walked in to renew my stay for the second day. She said “aren’t you on the DNR list?” and I said “no why would I be?” when she looked me up I wasn’t even in the system at all because my last stay there was over a month ago. I’ve never given you guys any problems anytime I stay there. I keep the room very clean and I don’t leave a mess when I leave. And I don’t give you any problems and like I said every time I come there I spend my hard earned money there and I stay for a whole week to two weeks. So when she looked me up in the system to renew my stay for the second night my name didn’t even come up in the system And instead of apologizing she just said “oh I probably confused you with someone else@ that was very unprofessional and it made me feel uncomfortable. so after I renewed my stay that day I left the following day and moved to a different location uo the street. My whole thing is if I was on the DNR list Why would I be allowed to stay the previous night? Don’t you think the person that checked me in would have said that? she should have checked the system before making an assumption like that before even looking my name and reservation up. I am a loyal customer and I did not appreciate being treated like that.

Staff was extremely friendly. The wifi didn’t cover my room. Next door to Rudy’s Texas BBQ. The place could do with some upkeep. One of the steps in the stairs is breaking.
