"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

"The place doesn’t exist anymore , it was sold and it’s now a private house at least from spring or summer 2020. Hotels.con still sells rooms even if this as communicated to them and they were not helpful nor responding to my requests "

"We spent one night at Solentiname and it was a wonderful experience. The staff are terrific and the cabins are incredibly well designed, funky and fun. Food was great, and we felt like we were part of the family. Highly recommend this place for people looking for a wonderful break and nature. We also don't have a car but were able to get there no problem and the staff arranged for a car to take us back to Santa Elena, for a few dollars. "

"I received a text a few hours before check in asking if we were still coming! Obliviously we were it was paid in full and no refund. The host informed us Vrbo made a mistake and the property was no longer available. After we confirmed we were on our way the host then said the property was damaged and non rentable. They gave us an option of a nearby property not what we wanted but it was okay seeing we were literally 20 minutes from the location. The big problem here is the host lied 🤥 to me. I...
