Barceló Carmen Granada Hotel

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A few things could have made our stay better. Clearer instructions for the AC would have been helpful, as we found it confusing to operate. The elevator system was also incredibly confusing, as each elevator/floor combination didn’t access all of the rooms, making it difficult to figure out which elevator to use. We were disappointed that the bottled water in the room was not restocked, especially given the extreme heat. The pool was another concern. It is very small, and the surrounding area was quite wet and slippery. I slipped within the first five minutes and twisted my ankle, so I avoided the pool for the rest of our stay. Overall, a clean hotel with friendly staff, but there are several areas where guest comfort, convenience, and safety could be improved."
