"Hotel en construccion, tuve que pasar varios dias sin dormir bien ya que estan construyendo en la parte de arriba y no respetaron que hay huespedes durmiendo, asi mismo la recepcion queda sola por varias horas. Personal agradable, hotel muy distante del centro de Madrid, no es facil acceder al hotel."

"Nous sommes arrivés à 14h,comme écrit dans mon mail,on nous a fait attendre jusqu'à 15h dehors.On nous a attribué la plus petite chambre ,alors qu'on était les premiers:nous pouvions juste marcher autour des lits avec de grands enfants (13 et 24ans).Les autres chambres avaient un bureau et un grand espace.Il n'y avait pas de double vitrage,ni chauffage,il y avait des gouttes d'eau sur les vitres et on avait froid.Notre horrible chambre était aussi la seule mitoyenne avec la salle de bain commune...

"Wonderful stay! There is some construction in the area but uber rides to the center were not that expensive! Highly recommend!"

"This property was one of the favorite properties that we stayed in. I could tell that this was an older property but everything was still modern and up-to-date. This is one of the most spacious rooms that we stayed in and we were very pleased with the property it's location is very centralized to transportation."

"Close to metro and high speed train station. Clean room but small - excellent shower and AC. Gym on site very useful. Seventh floor restaraunt was top notch (unfortunately too hot to outside in seventh floor patio). Staff all around were very helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops or take transit to tourist sites."

"Great facilities, very clean and really helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice and nice to have the bar there. Rooms had everything you needed for a few nights and the housekeeping team did a brilliant job! The sun terrace and pool are smaller than then look - the space filled up quickly with limited shade available. Looked like a nice space though. Great location, easy walk to lots of local sites, shops and places to eat. Would stay again!"
