Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "La Torre", 2 storeys. In the resort Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (10 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 5.7 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 950 m, café 1.1 km, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach "Les Deveses" 7 km. Sports harbour 17 km, surf school 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Large, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs, sitting area. Marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking.
