Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet residential area of Monte Pego at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The main floor (upper floor) is accessed via an external staircase. It consists of a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with WC/bathtub and a bathroom with WC/shower/bidet.
From the living-dining room you reach the main terrace (partly covered) with pool (8 x 4 meters), dining table, 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers and outdoor shower (hot and cold water).

The basement is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal staircase). It consists of a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with WC/shower.

TV sets in the living/dining room and all 3 bedrooms, programs in German and Spanish,

There is a carport for one car. Another car can be parked in front of the carport.

The house and grounds are for your exclusive use. Dogs are allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
