"This is the fourth time we stay at Nicte. It is always a great and charming experience. It feels like a big retreat in the middle of the city. You feel like you are somewhere outside, but with the proximity of everything around you. Rooms are confortable and clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast delicious. Looking forward for our next visit (hopefully more than one night to have more time to fully enjoy the pool area and open spaces)."

"I can’t say enough good things about my stay. The location is fabulous. It’s a beautiful building. But what really stood out was the amazing staff. Every single person there knew me by name and we’re always so lovely and kind to me. I felt always at home and cared for. Everybody always went out of their way to make sure my stay was good and that I was having a good day. On my birthday they brought me a surprise cake and just really treated me so special. Housekeeping was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Their traditional breakfast is the best. I will miss them very much. It was a home away from home. Thank you for being such a wonderful host for me. I will treasure my time at your hotel. "
