Great position near the gondola and good bus service to Soldeu. Room was clean and large. A little dated and some of the cooking pans so old that they were buckled! Overall though stay here again as excellent value

Accommodating, clean and convenient, we had this 3-bed flat for a week and had a great time. Parking is a bit tricky, some furniture needed replacing, but it was minor issue. Could have left more soap, bin bags, etc. No balcony nor view but these are available as extra. Will be back!

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed in Andorra. I was promised an apartment with a view and I got one facing a wall although the place was half booked. They did not change our towels and after one week and when I asked for additional toilet paper (we were staying 4 people and only one roll). When I politely asked for a clean towel and check of the room I was told by the receptionist this was not her role. I cannot recommend this place to family and friends so don't book this place if you want a nice holidays day

Apartamento limpio y con buenas condiciones, cocina pequeña pero muy práctica y con todo lo necesario. Está muy bien distribuido, el estacionamiento de este apartamento en concreto es estrecho había que maniobrar mucho para aparcar a pesar de ser de pago.

El apartamiento está muy bien, pero faltan algunos detalles. Hay lavadora pero no hay tendedero para colgar la ropa. Hay unos hilos encima de la bañera pero son peligrosos (hay que ponerse de pie encima de la bañera) y deja mala olor en el baño y habitación pròxima. Las fotos del anuncio no se correspondían a la realidad (cocina y todas habitaciones eran distintas). La tv es muy pequeña. Hay muchos armarios pero poco útiles porque hay pocas perchas y unos cajones minúsculos. Faltan baldas para que sean funcionales. El material del banco de la mesa principal hace calor en verano. El resto todo bien.

Appartement très propre, personne à l accueil très agréable. Dommage qu il y ai 2 points négatifs sur ce séjour. Le premier point noir c est l'isolation phonique de la porte d entrée et des fenêtres ( avenue tres passante,bruit de circulation nuit et jour ) et le deuxième point qui n est inscrit nul part sur le site et c'est bien dommage, c'est le tarif du parking souterrain(XV €) par jours en plus du samedi au samedi qui n était pas prévu du coup!!! Et pas trop le choix, puisque il faut savoir qu en Andorre il n existe pas ou très peu de parking gratuit, donc à l extérieur de la résidence c est payant aussi... sinon merci à tout le personnel de la résidence.

Appartement dans lequel la pièce principale et les 2 chambres étaient très petites. Nous avions déjà séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette résidence et nous étions mieux logés. La réception était fermé lorsque nous sommes arrivés alors que nous étions encore dans les horaires d’ouverture et nous avons dû décaler notre départ du lendemain matin pour faire le Check-in avant de partir

À améliorer

Le séjour a été… particulier. Le village est très calme, peut-être un peu trop, et la vue n’apporte pas vraiment de charme supplémentaire. L’appartement reste assez sombre la majeure partie de la journée, mais au moins, pas de risque de coup de soleil. La télévision est placée de manière assez surprenante : on peut en profiter uniquement depuis une place précise du canapé, et elle reste invisible depuis la table à manger. Pas de télé dans la chambre non plus, ce qui peut être vu comme une bonne chose… ou pas. Le frigo, quant à lui, ne nous a pas laissé seuls une seconde grâce à son bruit continu, surtout la nuit. Et le cumulus, bien trop petit, oblige à chronométrer les douches – deux personnes, c’est déjà limite. En résumé : un logement fonctionnel mais qui gagnerait à être amélioré pour vraiment offrir un séjour agréable.
