Great apartment rental

This apartment rental was perfect. I was solo, but as a couple or even 3 people could sleep in the unit easily. kitchen was adequately equiped and clean. I can recommend this place for skiing at Grandvalira.

Scam - false pictures of accommodation

Terraces del Tartar is a scam. The company that offers these ski flats Andorra Chalet advertises 3.5 stars accommodation with a balcony. But allocated a dingy flat in private residence in a building called Roc, no where near the building Terraces del Tartar. Expedia are following up to get a refund, eventually these guys will have to learn a legal lesson on the consequences of false advertising.

Horrible! Not at all like the photos! Terrible smell walking in, broken furniture, dirty sheet on the sofa. Yuck. Had we not checked in after hours, I would have left! Not at all what inexpected whem booking based on photos and discription. Very misleading!!! Dont stay here!

The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. Then we noticed that the floor was dirty with dust and hair. We also noticed that they didn't have any shower gel or shampoo. The next morning at around 9am we asked for shampoo and shower gel. When we came back at 4pm we still didn't have any, so we had to go back to reception, which is a long way away, and ask again. They apologised and said they had a problem with the cleaners. I got the impression that the cleaning staff had too much work to do. That same night we had no internet. Once again we had to go to reception, which was closed and didn't open until 4pm. All day we had no Wi-Fi. At 4pm the receptionist said that in 10 minutes someone would fix the Wi-Fi and no-one turned up. We had no Wi-Fi for almost 2 days and when it came back it was extremely slow, you could barely open Google. I was really disappointed because the photos of the room looked like one thing and when they arrived it was something completely different, when we saw the photos we were under the impression that we would have a balcony and we didn't. We didn't have a balcony.

Apartamento é excelente ! Tudo muito novo e aconchegante . Ponto negativo é estacionar o carro pois quando cheguei nao havia disponibilidade de estacionamento . Na rua fica sujeito a multa e tem que verificar a questao da área azul . Para sair dali tem que estar de carro pois a pé fica longe de tudo .

Poco cuidado.

Apartamento mal mantenido. Camas muy viejas, que suenan muchísimo. Cocina muy vieja. La tostadora no funciona, solo hay un enchufe en toda la cocina y faltaban muchas cosas básicas. Además en el parking había una avería, había una brecha en techo del parking por que caía agua como un grifo abierto. Informamos a recepción y cuatro días después por allí no había pasado nadie. No creo que repitamos.

El apartamiento era genial, cómodo, limpio y super bien ubicado. Pero como pegas: no estaba claramente especificado que el parking se tenía que pagar aparte y, además, en la cocina no había casi utensilios y vajilla sólo para 4, ni un plato más.

Appartement grand pour une famille de 4, sachant qu'il y a encore un canapé/lit de 2 places, 1 sdb de douche et 1 outre avec baignoire, enfants très contente. Ménage moyen Radiateurs électriques dans tous les pièces, pour l'hiver c'est très bien

Al llegar no hay servicio móvil ya que Andorra sólo tiene una red de comunicaciones y no admite otras ten esto en cuenta ya que ellos después de cierta hora dejan las llaves fuera de recepción y necesitarás un código que te envian al email. Al llegar al lugar las llaves no abrían la puerta del edificio un residente me indicó habían cambiado las cerraduras hace unos días. Si no es por el residente me quedaba durmiendo fuera ya que no había forma de comunicarme con recepción. También por error pusieron # incorrecto de apartamento el residente también tuvo que ayudarme a localizar el apartamento correcto. La limpieza en el lugar fue pobre las sábanas al levantar la colcha tenían suciedad en general estaba recogido. Esta muy bien ubicado cerca de la estación de ski. La vista es wow lo mejor ya que me tocó el apartamento con vista a la estación.

El suelo del apartamento estaba sucio , igual que los platos y vasos . La cama super dura y incomoda , nos quedamos aqui por una oferta , cuando hemos llegado hemos tenido que dejar una fianza de 150€ y pagar otras tazas , y no era reembolsable lo que habiamos pagado desde la web , asi que no lo podiamos cancelar , la proxima vez pagaremos un poco mas , pero valdra mas la pena . La cama muy dura y incomoda para dormir y el sofa cama aun peor como una piedra , el apartamento sucio y muy pésimas condiciones no lo recomiendo nada, es mejor pagar un poco mas pero por lo menos tendreis un apartamento de mejor calidad , no volveré.

Lamentable atención al cliente

Estuve en enero por una equivocación mia al hacer la reserva la hice para Abril cuando la necesitaba en Enero. No pasa nada porque pague una reserva nueva aún más cara de la que tenía para Abril (por error mío). Pero para Abril tuve un imprevisto por unas citas urgentes que habían adjudicado a mi hijo con discapacidad y con antelación solicité un cambio de fechas para la semana siguiente pero su respuesta era que tenía que pagar una penalización de casi el doble de lo que ya había pagado. En la estancia de Enero la plaza de parking que teníamos adjudicada estaba ocupada y cuando se avisó no hicieron nada.

El apartamento esta muy bien, tiene muy buenas vistas y esta perfectamente equipado, la única disconformidad que tengo es que te piden una fianza elevada sin avisar con antelación ni comunicarlo previamente, y de la cual te avisan de que descontaran si no esta limpio el apartamento al salir (algo obvio que hay que dejarlo limpio), pero te dan hasta friegasuelos!!! 120€ una noche y no te incluye servicio de limpieza ni nada…
