"Hermosa habitación desde la que se ve y escucha el mar, amplia, con pequeñita terraza (3er piso). El lugar es privilegiado ya que esta frente a playa tranquila y de vista despejada (sin edificios), buen desayuno y goza de silencio lo que es un privilegio. La atención del personal puede mejorarse con capacitación (escuchar al cliente y estar disponible en recepción si quiere considerarse hotel), la limpieza es impresionante en cafa rincón de la casa, bosca en el 1er piso posee un calido living...

"Photos online are dated and do not reflect the poor quality of the room condition. We paid to stay in the top room, yet no working wifi, extremely tatty furniture, bathroom and ill fitting wood effect floors. No cupboards for hanging clothes and difficult to navigate to the room as in an extension, with no lift, narrow corridors and stairs. For the price, it is extremely expensive with a cheap breakfast. Better to stay in some of the wonderful new beachfront apartments on Air BnB."

" I had a very nice stay at the Puerto Mayor. It was a good value for the cost especially since it included breakfast. The hotel personnel were pleasant and the room was quiet. I stayed there before a cruise and the cab ride to the terminal only took a few minutes. That was a real convenience. The hotel was within sight of the ship and no hotel was any nearer. I got to San Antonio by bus from Santiago and the taxi ride from the bus terminal to the hotel only took about 15 minutes."
