"La atencion fue de lo mas excelente... La persona que cuidaba la casa nos dio informacion para poder disfrutar nuestra estadia y lo cual fue asi. Lo unico malo es que no todos los cuartos estaban disponibles y el AC no funcionaba en algunos.. pero es algo que tiene solucion. Es un lugar que regresaria sin pensarla dos veces. Me encanto la cercania de la propiedad a la playa y el espacio. Lo recomiendo 100%."

"Our family enjoyed our stay at this tiny home. Great views, especially from the upper patio & room. Appreciated the hot water & good water pressure. Very clean home & comfy beds. Nice big windows to enjoy the views. Great location to walk over & surf anytime. We would love to stay here again. "

"Very secluded, nice for a week of relaxation. Too secluded for a long stay. Belkis was great, took care of problems occurring in a timely manner. The food at Belkis restaurant is amazing, everything is freshly made from scratch. The ocean and beach are lovely. There’s no microwave in the kitchen, lots of ants and some mice, got to keep all your food in the fridge! We still had a great time, but 9 weeks is too long!"

"Sunset waves is exactly as described. Three bedroom house on the beach. Clean, well maintained. Robin and Vicky answer all questions promptly and are helpful. The next door neighbor is the caretaker and is helpful. One of the bedrooms-with the twin bed, has the upstairs bathroom. The downstairs bathroom is behind the kitchen. Both bathrooms have a shower. There is also two outdoor showers. The water is not heated, but the weather was HOT, so you do not mind the cool shower. There is A/C units in...

"I was a little disappointed that's a beach front resort does not recommend swimming in the ocean because they say it is unsuitable. Also, where I stayed, there was some construction going on. "

"Me and ny 3 kids had best time, my love it, they want to stay longer which is hopefully next will definitely stay longer oh yes the most i love about is its so peaceful, i enjoy a lot listening sounds of the ocean 😌 and also we enjoyed Doña Dolores ( the lady who works there ) she is amazing and she those cook a good meal for Us everyday, we love her. "First thing I like to say is that this was one of my best vacations in Nicaragua. My family loved the house and the staff. The location of the house is what we were looking for which is secluded, private and quiet. Nelson who is the property maintenance man was great and very friendly. He connected us with horseback riding on the beach which my family loved. If you are into hiking and off road driving this is the location for you. I would definitely stay at this location again."

"Oscar and Ariel. Made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's a great place to relax by the ocean and enjoy the peace and quiet day.It was only going to stay one day.But decided to stay another day just so I could. I've taken the whole experience, enjoying the nature and the peace and tranquility. The food was definitely top notch the lobster, it was incredible. I think that's what tempted me to even stay a second day just to eat it again"

"Fantastic host, staff and place. I had problems with vrbo app while booking but John Paul did an excellent job fixing ever for me. Beautiful place , views and location. Short walk down the beach to several good restaurants. We were there early in the week and the beach was almost deserted. I imagine it’s a lot busier on the weekends. Will definitely be back to visit again. "
