"We rented the whole place had about 25 people from new born to an 80 year old family vacation. We had big plans for all 3 days to drop our stuff off and go to Surf City, but ended up just staying at the place all 3 days. The staff was excellent, helpful and professional. "There is no AC in the main house only in the bedrooms. The owners live on the property so there is no privacy. The pool needs repairs all the tiles are falling off. The Balinese beds are dirty. The ropes holding the hammocks are worn out and I fell off the hammock. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. I feel the price is too high for what the home and amenities are."

"The had a different breakfast everyday that was included , and a good priced restaurant at night . Has all types of alcohol ready no matter what it is. The AC was slow but once it started up the room got ice cold. The beds were on the firmer side , the location is great , and the bathroom is all good. "Everything was wonderful service was great. Security on the other hand not the great. The security staff are very rude and incompetent. They let people that are not staying in the hotel just walk in and use the facilities. And while me and my son were in the pool a man was taking pictures and masturbating. When I told security they just walk the guy out of the property. Both the employer and head of security were both very rude. Aside from that everything was wonderful"
