"Very well located. East to get to Alhambra and lots of restaurants in the area.
The whole process was smooth and hosts very receptive.
Would go again"

"One of the nicest hotels we ever stayed. It is so charmant and beautiful! With a view to Sierra Nevada. Everything is made with love and atention. We love it! The staff is extremly friendly and helpful! They arranged for us early breakfast because of our early trip to Alhambra. And it was so tasty!! Would stay here again!"

"The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well.
It was nice to have a little kitchen.
My one main complaint was that i booked this property specifically for the shuttles that were offered (first thing mentioned on Expedia). Two days into my stay I learned this was no longer being offered. I spent many stressful hours trying to work around that. Very disappointed. I told them they should take that off the website. "Our stay at the Palacio de Santa Ines was really lovely! We had a view of the Alhambra, the hotel had a lovely riad-type layout, and the AC worked great, which was truly fantastic given that we were there during a heat wave and it was more than 100F/37C out for several of the days we were there. The hotel is in a wonderful convenient location for walkers, close to everything in the Albaicin - shops, restaurants, the Cathedral, Sacromonte.
The front desk staff were uniformly helpful and wonderful with everything and gave us advice on the bus system, places we wanted to go to, use of the Granada Card, coordination of a taxi to the airport early in the morning, etc. We also had laundry done, and both the front desk and the laundry service did a great job.
The only reason I removed a star was that the card keys we were given for our room had consistent issues throughout our stay. The initial keys we were given did not work, and after we were given replacement keys, the replacements stopped working after about a day and we again had to get replacements. The front desk was extremely lovely and helpful about all of this, but it was a hassle, particularly when we returned to our room twice after a long day of walking around outside in the heat only to find we were locked out again. Other than that, though, we would definitely stay at the Palacio de Santa Inez again!"
"Great location for Granada. Easy tax ride (or shuttle) to Alhambra. Rooftop pool is more a plunge-pool but very nice all the same. Breakfasts were excellent! Finding the parking was very difficult - the hotel needs to do more to guide people in. The satnav doesn’t cope with the local streets."
"This is a wonderful, big, historic hotel. The rooms are quite large by any standard, however furnishings were stark and modern. Bathrooms are big and wonderful. A large tub was included. The breakfast is delicious. One annoying issue emerged during breakfast. A drone flew around the breakfast buffet and adjacent front lobby multiple times making a loud and disruptive hissing noise. Staff could not tell us exactly what the drone was used for. We complained and staff told their manager and it was stopped. Really, a 5 star hotel should be concerned about maintaining a 5 star ambiance in its public spaces at all times. This was a very odd and disconcerting experience. I give credit to the staff for resolving the issue. No further drone activity was spotted during the remainder of our stay."
"The lady at the reception., Pilar was super friendly and helpful. The location is amazing; everything at walking distance, the grand cathedral was a 10-15 min walk. The property was clean, air conditioning worked well even on super hot days.
We had a minor problem with the shower drain, they tried to fix it but it didn’t really help. And they didn’t change the room.
There was complimentary coffee after 3:00 PM which was nice. Overall, a pleasant two night stay!"
"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The property is well-maintained, stylish, and very welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.
One of the biggest advantages was the included parking, which made our stay much more convenient and stress-free. The combination of a fantastic location, comfortable accommodations, and this added convenience made for an excellent experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in a great location. We would definitely choose to stay here again."
