Discover this stately home located on the second line of the sea, with capacity to accommodate 10 guests. Bright and Mediterranean, this property is ideal for those seeking harmony between the modern and the traditional.



On the ground floor, we find the large living-dining room with direct access to both patios of the house, as well as the separate kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this floor. On the upper floor, we find the master bedroom suite, with its own bathroom, and the remaining bedroom. It should be noted that the living-dining room and some bedrooms have air conditioning.



In the backyard of the house there is a newly built swimming pool, as well as a furnished porch to enjoy the hottest days in the cool shade. The property also has space in the backyard to park a car (it is advisable to check the measurements beforehand).



The beach is less than a two-minute walk away, and the Passeig Marítim de Coma-Ruga is just a few minutes away, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as enjoy a pleasant stroll at any time of day.
