Not friendly very condescending attitude and did as little as possible. Guests in restaurant and dragging furniture rather than lifting like her colleague. "The property is amazing, larger than it appears in the pictures, but dated and would benefit from a deep maintenance. There was a massive leak during our stay which was worrisome and stressful. The staff was overall helpful.Be mindful with the invoicing: there were 3 occurrences of errors and incorrect charges. No issues on the deposit though. "
