"We rented two units but given only one entry code. Second unit that we rented was locked with no instruction as to how to access it. I called the phone number provided and after being placed on hold several times I was told I would receive a call back as to how to get into other unit. We were left with 4 adults and 1 bedroom. I then responded to a text from Vacasa asking about the cleanliness of the unit led to a more helpful answer that there was a lockbox with a key to the second unit. Totally...

"This cute and comfortable place was just perfect for our needs. Having the second bathroom was a bonus. It is close to the Plaza and in a nice location. I don't think the amenities section mentions that there is a blowdryer but there is. Sweet Pea Bake Shop is a 5 minute walk from the house and has a great breakfast menu. The owners responded quickly to any questions. The check out process was easy and seamless. "

"This destination was even better than we could have imagined! The host is very straightforward in the listing, details upon arrival, and communicative for any questions we had. The condo is better than the photos in terms of quality, which is saying a lot as the listing is already wonderful. While we didn’t use many of the features, the kitchen is well stocked should you need anything. It was a wonderful spot for a nice long weekend in the valley. "

"Good News First -- We booked similar accommodations through the resort last September and paid significantly more per night for a Sunday-Friday five-night stay. This time, booking through Vrbo, we saved a pretty penny for the same duration. Bad News -- The onsite manager -- Vacasa -- has terrible check-in instructions and Customer Service was hard to reach and not very helpful."

"Great Condo for a golf event I attended, everything was great you were able to walk to golf shop and all the onsite restaurants and anything else you needed, Silverado is one of our favorite golf locations and I will definitely rent this condo again "
