"Presentable rooms. Nothing fancy but the price is right. I could hear the TV playing loudly in the adjacent room but they turned it off at 10 pm. Air conditioning works. Breakfast included. Can’t complain. "

"It was very nice especially for the area it’s hard to find a nice clean place to lay your head in this part of Nicaragua. The room was very clean smelled good nice working air conditioner no complaints with the room at all. The staff was also very nice and helpful . Good The only thing I found negative was the pool was not really that clean inside there was a lot of something floating in the water in the bottom I don’t think the filter does a very good job. We actually did not go in the water. I...

"We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!"

"It would have been a good stay but the room the walls were dirty nasty and the club the music was so loud we barely were able to sleep music was every night until 6 am the staff was very attentive and great I don’t think I would stay there again"

"This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to assist you. Definitely would come back in my next trip to Nicaragua."

"The caretaker and his family were super friendly and willing to help wherever they could. The house itself was great but the yard fronting the beach stole the show. Plenty of space to hang hammocks, and play safely during high tide. The kitchen had all the utensils you needed to make your meals. Great stay overall!"

"Awsome Property i would not think twice to come back pool was so relaxing on hot weather dont forget to ask for local fishing you will have a blast. House was so prestine nice cold a/c for those hot nights. Thanks to the owner and the property manager Rudy they make worth the cost to stay there."
