"This place is amazing! We got to use two different places and they were both amazing! One was on the ground floor and the other second floor. Amazing view from both! This place is close to two markets, two beaches and an easy walk to town. We walked to “the rock” twice, there is a bus that takes you up the road but it is safe and walkable too. "Spacious and well appointed rooms with beautiful sea views. The daily buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Staff were both pleasant and polite."

"I was a little stressed about the no on-site parking, and that is a big challenge, but it's not a fault of the hotel. I suggest dropping your stuff off up as far as your car can go (hopefully you have someone to stay with it) then walking the 300 m or so to the hotel. You can pay them to do this but it's really just some ups and downs, so just wear footwear that isn't too slippery, arrive early (apparently last check in is at 8:30 pm but they accommodated us at 10:30 pm - but be sure to have a cell flash light to get there if you arrive after sundown as the last 50 m is in the dark otherwise). Otherwise, the rooms are beautiful with great AC and it's on the furthest east side of the castle so you will have access to amazing sunrises in the morning. The breakfast is home cooked and made with love. We had a great time and really enjoyed the location."

"The staff was helpful with a bag as we were on the 3rd floor. The benefit of the 3rd floor was the view of Monemvasia Island. The hotel is right by the bridge over to Monemvasia island. It is next to the bus station which saves some steps to the island. There are plenty of food options in the area. For us, this was more convenient than staying on the island and needing to carry bags on cobblestone streets and steps. "
