"I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!"

"Something went wrong when I made my original booking on Expedia and the payment did not go through to Americinn. When I got checked i, I realized that Americinn had charged me again for the room. Nothing has been taken off my bank account yet.....so I paid double for the room. This is Expedia's fault not Americinn."
