"Fantastic, perfect location in the old centerof Dresden. Very nice and helpful staff. I had a lovely large room (upgraded - thank you!). Great shower, comfy bed, and more. Some minor complaints - the lighting in the main sitting area could have been improved with some lights in the ceiling. I thought the breakfast was good, but over priced for what was served. When I came to breakfast around 9am, many items had been depleted. After I had finished eating, more items were added."

"Jens war durchweg freundlich, von ersten schriftlichen Fragen unsererseits vor dem Aufenthalt bis zum Nachschicken vergessener Dinge nach unserem Aufenthalt. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen und Jens' Freundin hat uns sogar einen Kuchen gebacken. Alles sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und das ganze Haus, vor allem die Küche umfänglich ausgestattet. Das Haus wurde frisch saniert und umgebaut. Eine riesige Terrasse mit tollem, neuen Grill. Auch der Garten ist sehr groß. Für zwei Familien mit jeweils zwei Kindern ideal, da im Keller ein großer Raum mit Tischtennisplatte und Dartscheibe ist sowie zwei Tore und Fußball im Garten vorhanden sind. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! "

"We were welcomed by Silke and her daughter who showed us around the apartment. They were both lovely and full of helpful information about Dresden and recommended places to visit. The property was very spacious, light and warm. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and had lots of room for unpacking and storage. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and plenty of cutlery and crockery. Washing machine is a bonus in the basement. There is also a large garden to use with a swing and trampoline for the kids and outdoor table and chairs for sunny days. The apartment is right around the corner from a tram stop. We used tram 12 everyday to get in and out of the city centre. It took about 15mins and you can get tickets on the tram or via the DB/VVO app. There are also shops nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definately stay again if visiting Dresden. "

"It’s the perfect space outside of Dresden away from the inner city. It’s private and we felt at home.public transportation is nearby and they also have a parking spot onsite. We greatly appreciated the spot. We had a wonderful stay! "

"The property did not have AC which I wasn't aware of, It was hot while we were there and could have used AC. Breakfast was good. I feel like the parking was misrepresented. It said that when I looked at the hotel, the parking was available for a fee. This was fine with me, but when I arrived, I was told there were only 13 spaces and they were full. I had to leave my car on the main street and walk back and forth. I did not like this at all. If you say parking is available, then you should have parking available"
