"Great place to stay if your considering walking the Camino de Santiago from france to spain. The location couldnt have been better. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony looking out toward the Pyrenees. Mountains. We arrived earlier than check in time and our host was able accomadate us and store our bags while we went exploring the little town of St. Jean Pied de Port. "It's basic - you get what you pay for - but adequate. Situated a little bit out of things but a 10 minute walk to the small beach and two restaurants. A number 39 bus nearby to get into town, but not on a Sunday. 45 minute walk to town. Helpful staff but reception only open part time. For value for money we can recommend. "

"Stunning location within 5 minutes of the centre of town, 3 minutes to the promenade and beach and views of the beach and across the bay and big windows to enjoy it all They have made brilliant use of the space and it is really well equipped etc but it's good to realise it is small.
