"We loved our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel in Pinswang, Austria!There were 4 of us so we got a quad room that slept four. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The only downside is we got in late and had to be up early to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is close to the castles, about a 15 minute drive. They were wonderful to work with and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I hope to come back some time soon! Thank you for a pleasant experience!"

"This property is exactly as advertised. I found it very nice. The people were nice even though we couldn’t understand each other, communicating was smooth. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room. I didn’t seek it out past that so it may have been easily obtained had I called. Very nice time here, beautiful quiet area. "

"We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. We especially enjoyed daily swims in the indoor/outdoor heated pool. Wednesday was our favorite evening in the restaurant as it was Austrian themed with traditional music and fare. Food was good for half board: 8/10 Hotel was a little too warm for us Americans but we understand that’s how Europeans like it. Luckily, we could open windows for some fresh air in the room. We feel refreshed and ready to return to work! Thanks for a lovely vacation! Special hello to Matteo, Peter & Restaurant Supervisor (name escapes me)…you guys added much to our week with your smiles, laughter and kindness!"

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!"

"Central location in Landeck. Great stay, be aware that tgere is no parking at the hotel, but plenty of paid parking near by. Max 2 hrs from 8.00am on road. Free 6.00pm to 8.00am."
