"This is a nice hotel in a quiet town outside of Hamburg. The hotel has a nice location overlooking a river and has a great rooftop terrace that is really beautifully decorated. The staff is sweet and polite, nothing to put a finger on. The price the same level as other larger hotels and therefore you should expect similar quality and accommodation. Unfortunately the rooms are small even though theyâre nice. The breakfast is really disappointing for a hotel even though itâs in the cheaper end for...
"We stayed here for a nights rest on our way to Italy. It is a very convenient location right after coming off the ferry from Puttgarden. Nothing special, a bit worn out but convenient. The personnel were very helpful in making sure that checking in after hours would be as easy as possible. Very helpful staff. Overall a very simple, no frills place to get a good nights rest. Nothing more or less. "

"The location is great cute little shops in the area, also on street parking is not hard to find. Walkable and rooms are clean and good size. The staff is wonderful, they were very accomodative and excellent service. Highly recommended would be back if Iâm in Hamburg again, also this location is even better than the location they have in Hamburg downtown although is on the outskirts. "
"Out in the countryside, Not many people! The spa was a sauna... Not much of spa for a Nordic person. Used to have massage but not any longer. Spa would be bath possibilities... great bar and restaurant. "

Ohne groĂe Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies GetrĂ€nk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Ăberhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fĂŒhlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "
"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasnât anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."
"Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer GĂ€ste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur fĂŒr unter 20 jĂ€hrige gut. Warum lĂ€uft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wĂ€re fĂŒr alle interessant"
