This Hotel is near the airport but in an area that overlooks wasteland. My poor review is based on that i paid for a room with a balcony (that i paid extra for ) and got a room without one. The only answer i got was no room available with balcony, but they then refused to refund the extra i had paid. I wonder how many others have been duped this way ? The beds are hard and uncomfortable. Will not be recommending nor returning here.

Habitación muy ruidosa. Cogí este alojamiento para dormir algo porque nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano, y no pude dormir nada. La ventana no se podía cerrar del todo, y se escuchaba cualquier ruido de la calle. Cuando alguien entraba al hostal, se escuchaba desde la habitación, por la mala/nula insonorización. Para más inri, hasta se escuchaba la radio que tenía puesta el señor de recepción (Estábamos en la 1ª planta, la primera habitación junto al ascensor/escaleras). Obviamente, qué decir si alguien se ponía hablar por las escaleras o el pasillo. La segunda estrella se la doy por su cercanía al aeropuerto.

The man behind the reception was exceptionally helpful after I left my bag in a local bistro with passports in. He made telephone calls, sent WhatsApp, walked around to the closed Bistro with me offering help and support. Thank you so much. Said bag was located and safe flight home followed.
