"Room was clean with king bed. Front desk was friendly, directed me to a great bar/restaurant within walking distance."

"Our first room smelled like mold and mildew and was filthy. There was a red substance on the drawers and the walls. The bedding had stains and felt damp. I never complain, but did complain to the front desk. At first , he argued with me and told me his cleaning staff had been there for fifteen years. "The staff seemed very nice, but the motel seemed rundown. There was no maid service until you checked out. The room did include a mini-refrigerator and a microwave. They provided a buffet breakfast, but did not readily replace the food and drink as it was used up. Often there was very little left by 8am. The pool water looked very dirty."
