"When we saw marriot hotel in Eldoret, we didnt make any other option because we are familiar with exceptional experiene associated with marriot hotels. Unfortunately this one their standards are below everage.Rooms; No soap, heater not working, room not painted,Tv not working, no wifi, our breakfast took too long. Our expectations were not met."

"It is suspected that the old manager is scamming them with the hotel.com app, they did it have my reservation or confirmation. The hotel is run down with water infiltration on the wall. Lots of mosquitos all night and super hot ( I am Canadien). Staff were very nice and accommodate me but don’t know the end of the situation with the confirmation or the old manager "
