"The Cozy Cottage was a perfect get-away for my friends and I. The cabin is really cozy and the view and river access is incredible. We loved the neighborhood and Callicoon has a vibrant/artisy scene. "

It was a nice break and even got a sweet visit from a deer in the front yard our first night. There was plenty to do within driving range from the zoo to the lake. "Property is extremely unique. Kids loved the ambience of the house. Owner was extremely helpful and prompt in helping answer with any questions we had. "

"This house was amazing. The location was remote but still close to everything we wanted to see and do. The views from the roof and deck are spectacular with lots of wildlife to see. The house was extremely clean and a great layout for our family. We could all have our own space yet still be able to come together to play games, listen to music or sit around the fire. "
