"Went to eat at wood lodge fire grill. Took at least 45 minutes to get 1 alcoholic beverage and ordered the seasonal brownie and ice cream stack. We took the food to the room and had to microwave the frozen brownies and the 2 scoops of chocolate sauce. Normally I would not have an issue but they were not very busy and the girl who took our order had to go check on it 3 different times. Then eventually went back there and I assume made it herself. I was not very pleased with this experience. Rest of the time we enjoyed our stay."

"Very nice hotel but kitchen staff have apathetic attitude towards their job and customers. Kitchen also has a sanitation rating of 93% which was surprising for such a nice hotel. This also means something has to be done about whatever goes on in that kitchen. It took me sometime to see that the reception is on second floor: no one to direct you to where it is. Very frustrating "
