"Very well placed in Kampot, walking distance to many spots (and ability to park a bike if you hire one). Very friendly, helpful (arranged a good value return bus to Phnom Penh) and English-speaking staff. Many food options just down the street.

All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind.
Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray.
There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good
Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more regularly perhaps.
