We had a great stay at The Pines Guesthouse. The hosts Lynn and Les were wonderful and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and our room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is very good and although it is on a main road, it is very quiet in the house. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious with a sitting area and had a comfortable bed with quality bedding. The ensuite was modern and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had such a wonderful stay. Hosts were lovely. The building and rooms were amazing. I don’t think the photos do it justice. Breakfast cooked to order was one of the best I’ve had. Much nicer than staying in a generic hotel and at a similar price. It really is the place to stay if you’re in Elgin.

The house was lovely as was the gardens. As we stayed 6 nights we were upgraded to the room with the 4 poster bed. Which was lovely. Te breakfast was freshly made every morning from local sourced producers. The hosts, Lee and Lyn were very friendly and welcoming. The only thing I could find fault with was the shower. The hot water took ages to come through and was not powerful enough. Otherwise a lovely place to stay.
