"The room smelled terrible and was very dirty. The bedspread was filthy, and my 12-year-old daughter’s skin became so itchy that she could not sleep. The hotel was extremely unsanitary, and the reception staff were rude and unhelpful."

"When we first arrived we entered through the back through the kitchen because the entrance to the restaurant was closed. It had a terrible smell like meat was being boiled for the next day. Luckily we were the only ones there because being an old hotel that has creaky floorboards other guests would have made a horrible racket walking around. Once we got to our room the loud AC units are through the window to the outside so there is a lot of road noise,car alarms and train noise that comes...
