"Maria was incredible. Helpful, knowledgeable and a fantastic communicator. Liked the property for proximity to the port and connecting ferries, 10-15min walk with cases. Super convenient. The premises themselves were a little basic but impeccably clean. "

"We hit the jackpot with this accommodation. The owner, Anna was so lovely to deal with. Not only offered to pick us up from the port but recommended so many things for us to do.
The room was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Not to mention the beautiful views from the front patio, I never got sick of seeing the palm trees & water. Location was fantastic, close to restaurants, our own little private beach and only a 8 min walk to get the bus into town. Would recommend this accomodation to...

"We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff ( especially Mike and Kostas, our transport staff) were incredibly helpful and responsive on WhatsApp for any and everything we needed. The property is beautiful and our rooms were amazing! The views were to die for. It was very peaceful in the suites. Please note this area is not walkable but the staff will take you into little Venice and old town mykonos for fee ( less than an uber) and pick you up at anytime."
"The hotel is clean and well maintained.
The staff is friendly, hard-working and quick to respond to requests.
The breakfast is varied and well prepared.
The lunch restaurant is very good in terms of service and prepared food."
"Had a wonderful stay at the Palladium. The property was really clean and beautiful with stunning pool and views. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the service was great. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Would highly recommend it."
"The hotel is so close to everything!!! The hotel messaged me to coordinate pick up from the port! The breakfast so delicious and the property is so clean! The front desk staff is so nice!"
"Pros:
The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location. It has a relaxing resort-style atmosphere right by a beautiful beach, away from the busy Old Town Mykonos. Transportation is very easy, with a direct bus from Old Town to the beach area for only €2.20, taking about 10–15 minutes.
The beach area in front of the hotel has a great vibe, and the breakfast buffet was decent, offering basics like eggs, cheese, bread, vegetables, juice, and coffee. I was hoping to get more fresh fruits but it was mainly oranges and pears and they were not the greatest.. you are in Greece and you want to see great fresh fruits at least.
Cons:
The room was disappointing for the price of €200+ per night. Although I booked a standard queen room, it was located in a separate extension outside the main hotel building that felt more like a motel annex and did not match the online photos.
The room had no proper window, only a small one facing the hallway, which caused noise and light issues. The bathroom setup was inconvenient, with only a handheld shower head, no actual mounted shower and no curtain or door, leaving water all over the floor after showering.
There was also no proper closet, just a few hangers above the fridge.
Another important detail: the beach sunbeds are not included and cost €40+ per person since they are operated separately from the hotel.
Overall, the location and beach access are excellent, but the room quality and overall experience did not justify the high price."
"Even from the transfer service to the hotel it was a great start to our stay. The staff went above and beyond when we had any questions or concerns. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Definitely feels like you’re at a resort with the views alone. It’s a beach club so prepare to hear music until 2am but overall it was very relaxing, peaceful, fun, enjoyable and entertaining. Also nice breakfast with multiple options. Made the most of 24hrs there so I will definitely be back!"
"Lovely property in a great location. Pool area excellent, breakfast very good, staff across all areas were exceptional! We would recommend to family and friends and will at some point return."
"Great location, view, and the rooms were great. Clean and had everything you can think of. Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I've ever experienced and the 2 restaurants that we ate at on the resort were fantastic."
