Sail to this condo, dock your boat, and secure it in your exclusive slip! You can easily access the water from Waterfront Park or nearby marinas.

Enjoy the full condo access, featuring a spacious outdoor deck with a porch swing and a propane grill. The living space has plush rugs, vibrant fish tanks, a smart TV with Roku, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Discover a contemporary kitchen stocked with essentials. Moreover, a private office provides a picturesque view. Visitors can enjoy the board game collection and utilize the washer and dryer facilities.

Ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or river swimming.
Up to four vehicles are permitted, with two reserved parking spaces and two spots in the central overflow area, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Oversized vehicles and trailers are not allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and a maximum of three guests are allowed.

The Dock House is Awesome!
We can't say enough about this property, its location and views, and communication with the hosts. Beautifully located on the Pasquotank River, which feeds into Albemarle Sound. It is so peaceful and the vistas are just great. We could have sat all day in one of the rooms looking out onto the river, watching the water, boat activity, and birds. So serene. We liked it so much, we are coming back in July! And, communication with the hosts was timely and informative, and they were so welcoming. We love Elizabeth City! A great little waterfront town with nice people.
