"The staff is phenomenal! The rooms are always spotless. The food is always amazing. Location is perfect, super close to Penn Station. This was our second time, we will definitely stay here again next time."

"The location of the hotel is excellent only about 5 minutes from Times Square. The room was basic but clean. Spacious enough for 3 of us. There weren’t enough plug sockets that would hold a travel adapter plug so that was a problem. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off at night as I couldn’t sleep. We had a nice stay."
