Top Elk River Hotel Reviews
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Shoreview-Mounds View, MN
8/10 Good
"I ask multiple times for an early check, because I was sick, the three women at the front desk said they would call when the room 3as ready, never called never tried to give me an alternative room. When I got there the room they sent me to was still occupied, went back to the desk and Garry made thing right. He is the only reason we will stay there again. The gal who takes care of the breakfast is very good. I will never understand, why when asked for an early check-in the staff was so totally against it. I would have glade paid for a suite if given that option or they could have move us to the first clean room. Lots of ways to help, but none from those three ladies. Garry was wonderful!!"

"I went to go use the elevator and someone's dog peed on the floor. I told the lady at the front desk and told her it needed to be cleaned up and it went uncleaned for the whole night and into the morning until the cleaning staff came in."

"Perfect for what I needed for the one night stay as it was a late night coming in. Front desk staff was rude about being a 3rd party booking which is frustrating they treat people differently. Otherwise room was clean, utilized hot tub in room itself which was great."
