"This motel was easy to find and plenty of parking. a lot of good restaurants in area, Cracker Barrel, Perkins, Steak & Shake, otyhers. A great welcome by Tim and he was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was excellent. I've stayed here 3 times and like La Quinta in any city but the reason I pick this motel is the breakfast which is usually excellent but this time the breakfast was good but cold, so a time in the microwave was necessary, Scramble eggs, sausage & gravy, waffles plus oatmeal, fruit and cold cereal. I reserved thru Expedia and got the room for less than $80."

"If I can give this place ZERO stars, I would. There was a horrendous stench, a lingering wet dirty mop water smell. Everything was dirty, there was hair from previous stays in the sink. The furniture was dirty and stained. My wife and I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping at this establishment and didn’t stay the night, left our information at the front desk to hopefully sort everything out but the owner is on “vacation” for weeks. "

"This place was super cute! Pictures don’t do it justice. Beds were very comfortable and the place was super clean and a lot bigger than we expected. The area has the potential to be very cool but not a lot of shops or restaurants were open. It has that up and coming feel to it though. We were in town to go to a concert in South Bend and this was a much cheaper option than staying right in South Bend. I would highly recommend!"
