"This is a wonderfully unique home with delightful surprises at every turn. The attention to detail is amazing and thoughtful consideration is evident everywhere. Loved the fire pit in the wonderful large yard and this location has easy access to restaurants, businesses and the interstate. I most definitely would stay there again if in the area. "

"Property is well-maintained, and clean. All the amenities are there. Two of the beds are in a loft with a low ceiling - I couldn't stand up straight, and I'm only 5'7". The beds were way too soft and I ended up on the couch. The town square with nice shops and a movie theater are only a block away. Parking was easy. It is in an old building, so some creaky noises are expected. But there is a property above it, and every footstep, flush, and drip from above can be clearly heard. "

"The neighborhood was a bit scary pulling up and how overgrown the weeds were was a bit concerning but once we got inside it was one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in. The coffee pot was well stocked (and the to go cups were a very nice touch). There were a few things about the house that could use some attention and the lack of a full size cookie sheet in the kitchen made dinner plans challenging, but all in all, I would recommend and stay again if I was in Springfield again."

"Chad was very accommodating, and communication was friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH. Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described! Chad, thank you again!"
