"Such a comfy bed"

"The gentleman who checked us in was super nice, but missed providing us with details such as what floor our room was at, and where the elevators where at. I had to ask him. Our room was for the most part clean. The bathroom was the dirtiest. Hairs in the sink and toilet. Toilet also had some tinkle that was missed being cleaned. Good thing I always carry lysol wipes! Our shower also had some issues. When switching to shower mode, there was still a lot of water coming out of the tub faucet. Like a lot. Both shower head and tub faucet had some good pressure which was very odd, but was scared we would cause a flood with water coming out of the shower head and tub faucet becuase drainage was slow. Property does seem a little run down, but overall, I would stay here again. Room was quiet and beds were surprisingly comfy. Its was fine for the 1 night was stayed."

"Stench of smoke, pool closed, the staff was unconcerned and dismissive. There are not enough luggage carts so people hoard them and keep them in their room. The food in the restaurant was over priced. We were supposed to stay there on the way home and canceled. "

"The lock on the door was broken, the toilet was rocking, the ONLY ice machine was broken and the two exits other than the main entrance couldn’t be used to enter. When reporting it to the front desk, all I got was a stony stare down. DO BETTER."

"Nice hotel with very open and nice entry way for checking which was the same room area as the breakfast. It was pet friendly and we had our dog but the grounds outside the Hotel were less than desirable for a pet. There is no grass at all and the weeds all around were very tall, so my dog did not want to walk and do business within the very tall weeds. We had to drive to a park to take her out for potty breaks. Other than this, the Hotel was nice."
