"Arrived at motel about 2-2:30pm when finally greeted by desk clerk I said I had a reservation she instantly said we have no rooms and check-in is 4:00. Okay so I come back after 4 and the young man checks me in no problems, and he is very pleasant. When we go to check out, I stood at the desk for almost 5 minutes, and no one came to the counter. Good thing there is a drop box for the room key, but I would have liked a receipt, so I know what I'm being charged. Room was perfect but the service...
