The gentleman who checked me in was very kind & helpful. Parking was easily accessible and not overly crowded. The breakfast items were tasty.

Great experience. Nice, welcoming staff. They gave us a free upgrade at registration without us asking for it. Room was extremely clean and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable - better than usual mattress. We only needed a place to stay overnight but I wouldn't hesitate to come back for a longer stay. Great time at the hotel, enjoyed my stay for sure. The staff is friendly and always helped out no matter what time of night it was. The shuttle of the hotel was very convenient. Definitely would stay again when back in town.

Very nice and clean hotel. Definitely could use some updates with flooring and paint. Only 1 mirror in the whole 2 bedroom Suite.

Booked trip for Baltimore football game. Two weeks before the game, my original hotel canceled my booking and I was forced to find another one. May have been the best thing. This hotel was great all around. Upon arrival the front desk was polite and answered all our questions about walking directions to various places around. Recommended food choices as well. I've never seen reviews this off the charts but now I know why! Totally great hotel. Felt brand new. Pool outstanding. Clean. Everything was quite literally perfect. Look it's not the Four Seasons but for this class hotel it's nicest I've ever stayed in (and I've stayed in hundreds!!!)

Great stay

We were in town for a Cheer Comp at Showplace Arena. This location is convenient to that facility. We enjoyed the pool (although it is small and loud if it's crowded). There is plenty of free parking and the rooms were a nice size. The beds were comfy (if you like a soft bed). The water pressure is AMAZING!! The hotel was clean, great location, friendly staff. A huge plus, known to us when we booked, is you get free access to the MAC fitness facility next door, which is fully equipped for any type of workout including 2 lap pools and a rec pool for kids!
