"This Comfort Suites Hotel we chose to stay at for 2 nights while celebrating my Wife's Birthday, in St. Augustine.
The Hotel was immaculate with well working amenities.
The greatest thing about our stay here were the extremely friendly and very helpful Staff.
Our room had 2 queens and a spacious sitting area with a desk, swivel chair, Sofa and coffee table. The bathroom was very clean from the ceiling down to the floor.
We checked in about 4:30 with the 2 gentlemen behind the desk. Forgive me for not writing down their names or my misspelling of some of the other staff. They were courteous and professional. They wished my Wife a sincere Happy Birthday.
We bought Old Town Tour Train tickets from them for our 2nd day and explained how it works also.
They gave us a couple of Restaurant recommendations and we chose Schooner's and we're very happy with that.
The next morning we were greeted enthusiastically by
Amy the manager, and Krystalin (?) as we went for their provided Breakfast. Again a very clean and neat setup. Staff service again was spot on.
After we returned Sunday early afternoon from sightseeing, I had some questions about Restaurants and the Tour Train. The 2 ladies Naomi and Krystalin (?) again very helpful. When we returned after lunch they surprised my Wife with Birthday greetings, a gift and a Birthday plaque. It brought tears to my Wife's eyes.
