"Great hotel, great service, great staff"

"We had an unexpected layover in Venlo and stayed here 1 night. It is a beautiful, quiet property nestled in a forest area. The staff was accommodating and the room was very nice. It was not walking distance to Venlo or the train station but the taxi ride was inexpensive. No restaurants near the hotel but the hotel does have a bar/restaurant with a picturesque patio area and friendly staff. "

"Great hotel, location and staff. Issues: - bike storage should have proper racks to give more security to cyclists. We had no issues, but i didn’t feel comfortable leaving my bike at first and you are not allowed to keep them in your room. - i think their ecofriendliness could be improved by leaving soap bars, as ours was swapped with a new one every day even though it had been hardly used."

"The property is in a calm area, surrounded by restaurants easy toreach wether by car or walking. The rooms are comfortable and well designed. "

"Great value hotel with nice, spacious, clean rooms. Showers are a little weird though and I found it difficult to not get water all over the bathroom floor. Very good included breakfast!"
