Great Place to Stay

Nice property for a larger group. Lots of parking and great layout for entertaining. Very nice outdoor spaces including a front porch and cool side area with a fire pit. The place was clean and the check in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House and Location in Ellicottville

The house was great. Very clean when we arrived The amenities were great. The kitchen had everything we needed. We were able to walk into town in about 7 minutes. We got a lot of snow and the driveway was plowed for us which was very nice.

Great location and property!

What a wonderful stay! Our group of 7 stayed four nights and had plenty of room. Kitchen layout is perfect for groups and the front porch was a great place to enjoy the weather. Quick walk to lots of restaurants in town and a short drive to the ski slopes. Would stay again!

Family Vacay Gone Great!

Six adults visiting family in Eville. The house was exactly as listed. The kitchen was stocked with utensils/dishes/cookware and some dry goods. Each room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the board games provided. A quick walk to town was convenient. Great place; would stay again.

Fantastic spot for an Ellicotville getaway

The property was immaculate and had plenty of sheets, towels, dish ware for cooking large meals and tons of space for gathering together or if needed, quiet space for working remotely. (Internet access was strong). Definitely would stay again.

This house was one of the cleanest that we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was the best past with seating for 8 at the bar which was great for playing games. It was also only a short walk to town. Overall, I highly recommend!.
