Late ski season get away

The accomodations were exactly as represented. The place was clean and very well appointed. Great location for skiing and short walk to town. Hot tub was fantastic and We would definitely return!

Great place!

House was great! Lots of room! Kids loved finding the “secrete” room, hot tub and game room. Walking distance to downtown! Just super responsive, and flexible with late check- out!! Great place!

Weekend ski trip

We love to come to Holiday Valley to snow ski and this house is perfect not only for those that want to ski but those that like the town of Ellicotville! It’s a perfect location and accommodates larger groups! Owners are very communicative and quick to respond if you have questions.

A wonderful family getaway

We stayed here with our family for a short end of summer getaway. We chose this house because of the many activities available on site because we knew that everything would be closed on labor day when we visited. We really enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Excellent Home

This house was ideal. Very nice, clean, lots of room to accommodate everyone and the location was perfect. Short walk into town - church, stores, restaurants - everything was so close. We had a great time!

Super comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Ellicottville at this VRBO. The owners were great at communicating with us; the house is fantastic and the location was perfect. The decorating inside the home is super and we used the hot tub and and game room a lot. We are looking to stay here again sometime soon.

Ski Trip

Nice clean house in a nice neighborhood to just go for a walk.. This was a short drive to ski slopes. Kitchen had a small garbage can, so we utilized a springform laundry basket we had and bought clips to attach a garbage bag to it.

Beautiful, Peaceful

Just a little family fun getaway. This place was perfect. Such a great location for walking into the village or over to the park for the little one to play. Teens loved the game room. Everyone loved the large hot tub.

Friends getaway

Great house, great location. Could you bathroom in basement for larger groups. Bathroom situation for bigger groups is tough. Plenty of room for big groups. Hot tub is great but definitely need shoes fo get to it. Would stay again.

Friends reunion

We had seven friends from all over the East Coast spend a few days biking and golfing. A perfect location in the Village of Ellicottville. Responsive owners made check-in and check-out seamlessly. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home close to the slopes. It was great for our family and we enjoyed it very much. It was really nice that the home was pre-stocked with items we may have forgotten (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.).

Perfect!

The location was perfect ~ easy walk into town. Quiet street - we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and playing the yard games. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax, hangout and sleep- teens loved the game room in the garage! Would definitely stay again. Owners were super responsive to questions, and allowed us to check in a little early, and checkout a little late

Location was awesome… fun walking into the village to the shops and restaurants. House had all the necessary amenities… great porch, hot tub, comfy beds and the property manager was very attentive. Thank you for the flower bouquet and birthday balloon too.

Fantastic Place!

We had the absolute best time! It was so easy to go skiing and so quick to get to the slopes from the house. It was perfect to come back to the house and enjoy the hot tub. We walked to dinner with the kids and had a great time. The kids had a fantastic time in the game room, and the adults loved being by the fire and family breakfast in the kitchen. We can’t wait to visit again! Our host were amazing and so super attentive, and the accommodations were absolutely perfect and beyond our expectations. Thank you!

Great house with lots of space

Loved this house. It was very confortable, had all the commodities, lots of comfy rooms. The only inconvenience was a bit of humidity in the basement rooms. And the water that tasted like sulfur. We went on and bought bottled water. Other than that it was just perfect!

Amazing Fall Getaway

Everything you said it would be, plus more. Everything was stocked—kitchen supplies and spices, towels, paper products—plenty of extras!! Beds were very comfortable (which is very important for a great stay. All our questions were answered in a timely manner!! We would recommend your place to everyone! My only request would be to supply a small step stool—I am short and bed was pretty high in the master bedroom😉

Cozy getaway and a fantastic location

This property is exactly as it is described, and made for a wonderful getaway! There were only 3 of us, but even with a lot more there still would have been plenty of space. We cooked in each night and found the kitchen to have all the essentials. The living room was VERY cozy and inviting. The weather was even warm enough to sit on the lovely front porch. We had no issues, but the owners were still in communication to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They clearly care for the house and it shows!! The location could not have been better. Just a quick walk to all the shopping and dining in town. Much closer than we had even hoped! We were not skiing, but the house is only just over a mile from Holiday Valley. Super convenient! Overall the house was absolutely perfect and made for a relaxing and fun vacation!!!

Late July in Western N.Y.

The area is lovely. I grew up nearby and was familiar with the beauty of the area. The home was comfortable. The window AC units were a bit of a pain and noisy, but did their job. Yes there are 3 full and one 1/2 bath but they and the dishwasher and the sink faucet could only be used one at a time. If someone was taking a shower you could not even wash your hands in another sink. The shower would go to a cold trickle. Certainly could not run the dishwasher while a shower was in use. We used the home only as a base for other activities so we could get by. Floors on the second floor were very noisy. We ran into several small spots that had not been cleaned in years. The gas stove was a complete mess. I deep cleaned (2 hrs) the top. The oven needed dinamite and i did not tackle it. We didn't use it. These things are not unexpected (i find them often) but they do not add to the enjoyment even if they do not detract too badly.
