The agent was occupied with a customer making a phone reservation so we waited 20 minutes for her to finish, even though we had a prepaid reservation. The facility was clean. "We loved our stay at the Ellijay Inn! We got room 27 (single king bed) and had a wonderful visit. The room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable. Linens were crisp and clean. The bathroom, as others have noted, is snug, but clean with good water pressure in the shower. The room included a mini fridge with separate freezer, coffeemaker, and microwave.
