Christmas now available!!! Incredible fishing and a spectacular Fire Pit on the Coosawattee River make this luxury 4 Bedroom cabin with built-in Loft Beds and 3 Full Bathrooms, perfect for large families and now pet friendly! As soon as you arrive you'll notice that no detail was left out of this beautiful cabin. There are upscale furnishings throughout. There are 2 large master bedrooms with King Size Memory Foam beds, the main level bed is also adjustable for your comfort. Each has its own large private bath. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level with an additional bathroom. One bedroom on the lower level has a Queen bed and the other is a "bunk room" with 4 bunks. The lower level deck overlooks the river 180 degrees and boasts a 6 person hot tub for your enjoyment. This cabin showcases custom wood design, an open loft with Custom Built Loft Bed Nooks with private Smart TV's, that your children will remember forever. The lower level now has a private Movie Room with Leather recliners for 6-8 and foam-encapsulated walls to enhance your home theatre experience. The living room boasts a gas fireplace and leads to a mid-level deck complete with a gas BBQ grill. Sit outside and relax listening to the trickle of the river, while watching 20 or so deer walk past your lower level deck, or better yet relax in the hot tub or enjoy the riverside fireplace. Your imagination is the only limit.

Roaches in kitchen, floors squeaked every step you took, pots and pans were dirty, dishwasher sounded like a washing machine running, windows needed cleaning. Maintenance was not being done on this place. The master bath looked like it had been painted by someone that had never painted before. When the a/c came on, water driped out of the exhaust fan on your head if you were standing at the toilet. The outside hadn't been cleaned up,There were trash bags in the trash box that had been left in there from before. The fridge worked great, the hot water worked good as did the stove.The hot tub worked good as well.

Terezia was an attentive and gracious host. Any questions I had were answered quickly and completely. We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again! Everything was better than described and our group felt comfortable and right at home from the moment we arrived! Great host; beautiful mountain cabin and awesome all the way around!!
The lights add some magic on the walk to the fire pit and riverfront!

We really enjoyed the location on the river. House was clean and spacious. The bedrooms being on different levels was good for privacy. We will consider staying there again for a family get away.

Great get away spot!

Christmas Vacation

The property is located very deep in a subdivision with a lot of lower end residential units along the way. The living space was very tight for more than 4 people and the media room was very small. Overall furniture was ok but towels and sheets felt like leftovers from someone's main house.Christmas decorations were very nice and the main reason we selected the home.

Nice place, nice owner

The house is beautiful. The layout on the main level was really nice for our large group to eat and play games. We always cook our meals on vacation, and the kitchen was great. We had plenty of room to prep and store. We loved the fire pit and decks, too. The loft area had a nice spot for reading and watching our grandbabies, who had a wonderful time in the 'bed houses' as our granddaughter called them. The hot tub blew a fuse apparently right before we arrived, but the owner worked quickly to get someone out to replace it so we could use it. That couldn't have been easy since it was the holidays. We really appreciated that. We'd recommend it. And the owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Fantastic location plenty to do!

We had an absolutely great time at this cabin. We went tubing every day. The cabin is about a 10 minute drive to where you put your tubes in, and you get about a 1 1/2 float down the river back to the cabin. There is a longer run but the additional section was not as fun. Shopping restaurants winery were all great. Hope to stay again.

Great Family Outing

Terezia was a great communicator! Responded quickly to any questions/issues we had. The property itself is huge and has tons of deer. Clearly the deer are well fed because many came up and expected to be fed. We all enjoyed feeding them apples. It truly is a perfect location. The driveway was a little tight with two cars and an F150 but we made it work. Was a little steep, but we were in the mountains, so who cares! The house itself was perfect size for 11 of us. I was told the two king beds were heavenly. The queen in the basement wasn't heavenly, but it wasn't horrible either. My nieces enjoyed the cubbies upstairs and the 3 boys, LOVED the bunk beds and movie room. Just note that IF your boys are playing Mario Kart and yelling, you can hear them on the top level. LOL We cooked every night, and even though the kitchen is minimally stocked, we didn't have any issues. The deck only had two chairs and a picnic table, which made sitting outside as a family tough. BUT, we made it work. We did have to bring our own tubes, which isn't convenient, but completely understandable after seeing all the deflated tubes on the river. Walmart in town does carry them. Everyone had a great time, and it was a wonderful place for three families from different states to meet up! You won't regret staying!

Gorgeous River View and Neighborhood

This home is well taken care of and had some great amenities. Our son-in-law and grandsons enjoyed the hot tub more than once. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. The movie room was so fantastic and we had one rainy day where no one could go outside so we watched a lot of movies. The setting of the house is in a beautiful mountainous neighborhood. Not to mention the fabulous river view from every balcony and the serene setting was very relaxing. The only drawback of the house was that the bunkroom, where we had expected to have small boys sleep, had the only exterior door out to the backyard where the fire pit and river are. Going in and out while they were sleeping was impossible so we had to reconfigure the sleeping arrangements. We would stay here again with adults and older children. Terezia was an excellent hostess and extremely responsive to every question and need.

Nice Cabin, Good work out getting to and from the river.

The cabin is great, rooms are set up nicely. The driveway is steep, as you would expect in the mountains, but did scare some family members. The walk to the river is fairly steep as well. One member of the family did fall. It is not a good set up if you do not have full mobility.

Escape to nature

This cabin had plenty of room for our family of 12. Getting to the cabin was no easy task. The roads are very steep, narrow, and curvy, but they are mostly all paved, which is good. It is a beautiful drive, however I wish it hadn’t taken as long to get out of the resort. Teens/kids enjoyed the hot tub. Having the river right out the back door was amazing! We had geese and deer a plenty! The sound of the River and nature sights were so peaceful. My niece loved the deer and was able to actually pet a couple of them! We were disappointed to find out they no longer rent tubes on site, so you will have to rent off site or bring your own to float the River. The property owner was very friendly and accessible, as a storm hit right as we arrived and knocked the power out for several hours. I wish the kitchen was stocked with more cooking supplies, but we had a large group I was cooking for. You will need to bring your own towels, wash clothes, dish towels, etc. unless you want to do laundry often, but the owner was upfront about the cabin being minimally stocked with those items. Main level king bed was comfortable, the other beds were not as good, although those staying in the very neat cubby beds were comfortable, just a little warm. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had very few complaints : )

Family Week

The cabin is lovely and Teresa was very responsive to our needs. The facilities, pool and pickle ball courts, were great for the smaller kids. We enjoyed a 3 hour float down the river behind the cabin. The only issues that we had are the drive into the property is very long, so advise getting all your needs in town, no quick trips out. The other problem was ours not hers, we had 4 vehicles. It accomodates 3 very well. Deer are truly everywhere, balconies are nice, hot tub was enjoyed. The bed in the kitchen level bedroom was amazing. It inspired me to get one exactly like it. You probably need at the very least awd and we used our 4wd, but we are flatlanders from Florida. Its a lovely place and Teresa is a great host.

Wonderful!!

This was one of our most relaxing stays in this community. The decks all have a great view of the river and the beautiful wildlife. All the beds were very comfortable. The house was big enough that everyone had their own space. It was well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the movie room and the firepit by the river. Loved seeing the deer every evening. CRR is beautiful community. It is only 15 minutes to Walmart, restaurants, etc. The town of Ellijay is close and has lots of great shops. I highly recommend this cabin.

Family Christmas Trip

This home was amazing. There were a few minor inconveniences that I've addressed with the owner. Terezia was awesome, any questions we had she answered in a prompt manner. We got a little turned around trying to navigate through the resort at night but that's no fault of hers. The road signs need to be illuminated or a little bigger, so it'll be best to arrive before dark. We didn't get to enjoy the decks or the firepit only because we encountered 8° weather. With that being said the fireplace came in handy. Even though we brought things with us, there was enough dishes and cooking utensils to get us through the weekend. The trip consisted of my mom, three uncles, great aunt, and myself and we all slept comfortably. Keep in mind the bunks in the loft area are solely for kids unless the adult is on the shorter side. This is definitely a home we would book again if able to plan another cabin trip in the future.

Amazing cabin in a great location

My family loved our stay! The house was easily large enough for all of us (2 couples, one more adult, 3 preteens, and one spunky 5 year old who loved the loft beds). It is in a great location and we hated leaving! The hot tub and fire pit were a big hit. Also, 3 bathrooms! And the deer! Oh my! Everywhere!!! I highly recommend this rental and plan to return. It is a bit of a drive to the cabin from the main entrance (15-20 minutes?) but it made it feel so private and as my kids said it felt like “a real cabin” and right outside of the main entrance was a dollar general and gas station and an Ingles was close as well. The location was close enough to a hike we wanted to do and also to visit a snow tubing place! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question about check out and we loved that the instructions for the stay and check out where simple but clear. Again, you will not be disappointed.

Vacation with family

Cabin was well appointed. The upstairs built in bunks were a huge hit with the kids. The road in the neighborhood was a nail biter for us flat landers, but the river view and sounds were amazing. The layout of the cabin allowed for plenty of space to spread out. The property manager was very responsive to questions and prompt with taking care of any issues we had. We look forward to staying at this cabin again in the future with our family.
