This cabin was perfect for our family. The host was attentive and caring throughout the stay. Staying riverfront in the Georgia mountains is an unforgettable experience. We enjoyed the hot tub, rocking chairs, and s’mores by the fire pit!

We absolutely loved this trip and are already talking about going back. The owner was very friendly, attentive and easy to get ahold of. The wildlife in the neighborhood is amazing, so many deer, turkeys and even a bear! The property itself is beautiful but it does need a little TLC.

We stayed for a wedding that was in a nearby cabin. Rosewater cabin was beautiful and the amenities were great for a weekend getaway. We did have a toddler so needed to get creative with some childproofing of the stairs as the one baby gate wasn’t super sturdy, but overall it was great. We’d stay for a month if we could!

We stayed for a week with another couple. 2 master suites came in handy. Love the deck down by the river. It's on a road but we'd have maybe 2 cars go by per day. The hot tub is nice and big, but needed a part for repair, so it was down for a couple days. The owner was great about offering extra nights to compensate, and good communication from him.If you're wanting a quite retreat away from others, this is a great choice. Def will be back.

If you love wildlife, you will love the drive to and from this house. There are deer everywhere. House was perfect! We were able to swim and fish in the creek out front. Very pleased with everything.

The cabin was clean but we found several spider webs in the bathrooms and the windows. We had discovered the air conditioner had failed on Friday and they had it repaired on Saturday. Very timely response which was great. Outside deck areas did not seem to have been cleaned at all. The view of the river was awesome. So enjoyed it. Overall, the stay was good.

I’m, Kim, I rented the cabin for my husbands birthday surprise. He loved it. It was such a great weekend, we cooked dinner every night over the fire pit. We did some fishing and just spent time together. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and the owners were fantastic, called to check on us to see if we needed anything, he brought over fire wood for us to use for the weekend. Thanks again, Lou! Just perfect. We even saw some bears and lots of deer everywhere. 100% perfect weekend!

My husband and I rented this Beautiful Cabin for our wedding Anniversary. The cabin was clean, cozy, and Beautiful! The pics on line are accurate to how it looks in person. Mr. Lou and his wife were very nice and helped us with anything we needed. Make sure to follow Mr. Lou’s instructions on how to get to the cabin once you get into the community, as the GPS Doesn’t take you to the address and please get there Before dark as there are twist and turns on the roads. The Christmas decorations inside was a PLUS and we LOVED OUR STAY!! on the River, quiet, and secluded. We will be back in the future.

My family and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Rose Water cabin. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook yummy meals at home. There was plenty of dining space both inside and out. The water-side fireplace was perfect as we watched the kids tube in the river and relaxed at the end of the day. The communication was excellent from the owners as well as the Evolve property management team. It is tricky getting in and out from the cabin. Driving a minivan, it sometimes felt as though we weren't going to make it up some if the steep inclines. But, it was fun seeing all the deer as we maneuvered in and out of the neighborhood.

We were very pleased with the property and duration of our stay. I would recommend this property to friends and would book again

Kids loved playing and fishing in the river in the evening as we grilled dinner on the overlooking deck. Cabin itself was very cozy and had everything we needed. We saw so many deer on the way to the cabin after you go through gate house. We sat out on the deck every evening. Hot tub was nice and big very nice after a day of hiking. I will say, if you are going to get there after dark it maybe tricky to find even with step by step directions. If you are not used to heavy inclines it maybe a little intimating. We had a minivan and seemed to struggle in some areas. We thought it was worth it though for the serene spot. Communication with owner was very good, as I had many questions lol. I didn’t realize this was a resort (I probably just over looked it in the description). You do have access to 3 pools and a game room. It is a drive there but if you have kids I’m sure they would love it. We ended up using the riverside pool it was closest to entrance we used to get to the cabin. These pools are seasonal though so check the dates. (Ask for a map when you go in the gate) overall great stay and great communication!

We had the most amazing experience from beginning to end. The end was the only part that wasn't enjoyable, only because we didn't want it to end. The owners were great!. All of the information about the cabin was accurate. They gave very exact and clear directions how to locate the cabin. And from the moment we parked the car, we were in heaven. The cabin is warm and very comfortable. It truly felt like home. The views were amazing. The main theme of the cabin is "Relaxation". You have no choice but to appreciate the beauty of creation. I can't say enough about the owners and the cabin. It is a wonderful place for couples to make memories and spend real time together. We will definitely be back. Part of our time was looking at the calendar to see when our schedules would allow us to return. Thank you for providing the setting for an amazing experience

We wanted to get away for a weekend to celebrate our birthdays. What an awesome Cabin. There was just two of us, but it was nice to have our own space. We spent a lot time at the cabin, cooking, grilling, hanging out in the hot tub, and walking around. We have hopes to stay here again. Thank you for opening your home to us.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Rosewater. The first night there the power went out throughout the mountains! We didn’t mind, we just opened the doors and listened to the river flowing all night. Flashlights were provided in the cabin. I contacted the owner the next morning and Lou was more than helpful, calling the power company and holding for hours to get through. Power was restored and all was well. We even got to meet Lou and Zoila on one of the days when he came to get an estimate on a back up generator for future power outages. My boys had a great time tubing in the creek just outside the cabin. We walked down as far as we could go and put in and then lazily tubed back to the cabin. We did this several times. The boys also did some fishing and really enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin is well appointed with wonderful gas range stove and all the pots/pans and utensils one would need. Beds and pillows were comfy. We loved the seclusion and the afternoon drives through the mountain to see all the deer. Owners are very responsive and nice. If you’re looking for relaxation this is the spot. We hope to return in the future. The location is also close to blue ridge and one day we day tripped to Chattanooga for the aquarium and lookout mountain. We had a great time and hated for it to end!

When we arrived there was fire and smoke around us. I took video and pictures and sent the owners immediately. The owner said it was a controlled fire but the smoke snd smell were everywhere and I’m asthmatic so couldn’t breathe and a nature vacation was out of the questions. He said we should cancel directly with Evolve and when we finally got a hold them after more than 24 hours they claimed the owner only refunds our first night out of 3. Doe it make any sense !? I texted the owner again but for no repose from him Very disappointed especially with the fact that I went through VRBO and then Evolve and paid extra fees and none were there to help protect us.

AMAZING! Our family came here for spring break and wished we could of stayed longer. From the moment I received Mr. Lou's text message, I knew we were in good hands. Just as long as you listen and follow the driving instructions you are sent you via email or text you will be fine. DO NOT follow your GPS after you enter the gate. If you can get there in the daytime hours it will only be to your benefit. The cabin has everything you need for amenities. You would only need food and your personal toiletries. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper, zip loc bags, Tupperware and paper towels if your staying for more then a few days. It was a super relaxing couple of days. The hot tub, porch, grill, fire pit, fireplace, beds and baths were all very comfy and cozy. The owner Lou even came out and helped us with the fireplace and we were able to enjoy it on a rainy and cold day. Also bring extra firewood if your planning on being there multiple nights. There was some firewood available for us but we also brought our own which was great for those toasting marshmallow nights around the fire pit outside. The area outside was beautiful. Hearing the river when you sat outside the porch was so relaxing. There is a great walk up the road and wished we would of brought tubes to float down the river back to the cabin. Overall, definitely a cabin to come back to in the future. Thank you Lou for your help, attentiveness and hospitality.
