Located in the Coosawattee River Resort, there’s something for everyone at this family- and dog-friendly home, sitting on two secluded acres outside Ellijay. Inside, you’ll find three levels of living space, many modern updates, and multiple cozy spots to gather. Outdoor highlights include a koi pond, a lower-level patio, and a front porch and back deck on the main level - have your morning coffee in the front porch swing and your evening cocktail out back while you fire up the gas grill for an easy dinner.

Inside, you’ll find three levels of living space. The kids - and kids at heart - will love the downstairs den, with foosball and Ping-Pong. There’s room for the whole gang at mealtime between the dining room table, kitchen table, table on the screened porch, and alfresco table on the deck. On the main level, you’ll find vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and an open floor plan made for socializing. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, exploring Ellijay, or just relaxing at home, turn on the gas fireplaces in both living rooms and get cozy for the night. Free WiFi, cable, and five TVs throughout the cabin should keep everyone entertained if the foosball isn’t doing the trick. End the night outside, gathered around the firepit, making plans for another perfect vacation day tomorrow.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must register 48 hours before arrival or they will not be granted access to the resort.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
