But before you book your stay, there are a few important rules to keep in mind:

While the cabin is easily accessible via paved roads, our driveway is gravel, so all-wheel drive is not necessary.

Guest access:
All the space is accessible except for locked owners' closets and cabinets located in main floor bedroom, basement bathroom closets, and laundry room area cabinets and doors.
Other things to note:
The community offers amenities such as a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, gym, tennis, mini golf, basketball courts, and parks by the river.

Hot Tub Rules:
The use of the hot tub is at your own risk. Shower before use.
1. No diving.
2. Keep temperature under 104 deg F
3. Do not turn off the heater – except in emergencies in which case trip the circuit breaker behind the hot tub.
4. Absolutely no glassware in tub.
5. Maximum 6 people in tub at one time.
6. Under no circumstances should children be left alone in hot tub. We recommend no children under twelve use the hot tub. Children under five should never be in the hot tub.
7. Limit time spent soaking to 15 minutes at a time.
8. Consult a physician before use if pregnant or if you have health concerns.
9. Limit alcohol consumption during soaking.
10. Attach the cover after use to avoid drownings and buckle the safety locks.
11. Be careful entering and exiting the spa to avoid accidents.


By booking, you confirm that you have read and understand all house rules and agree to abide by them. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or being asked to vacate Streams & Dreams.
